This Channel Drain Kit for Use in Concrete provides all the components needed for a durable, professional trench drain installation. It combines a neutral-invert channel profile with heavy-duty commercial materials in one package for reliability and ease of setup.

All-in-One Package – Supplied with a neutral channel, two ductile iron grates with fasteners, an end outlet, end cap, and grate locks, helping reduce installation time and simplifying part management.

Durable Grating – Strong ductile iron grates resist wear and corrosion, making them ideal for demanding concrete environments where metal performance is critical.

Channel Specifications – Measures 6″ wide × 4 ft long with a 4.3″ invert depth and 6.1″ total depth, giving excellent hydraulic capacity for water management.

Neutral Invert Base – Flat-bottom design works best for settings where slope must be minimal or precisely controlled.

Heavy Load Rating – Rated for H-20 traffic loads under proper installation, making it suitable for driveways, parking lots, and other areas subject to vehicles.

Steel Grate Option: Galvanized steel grates are also available as an accessory to this kit. Adding a steel grate will reduce the load rating to Class C. Two grates are required per channel.

Note: It is recommended that a bottom drain is installed after each run of 5 connected channels. The bottom drain easily connects to the underside of the channel drain.
