At Mainline Materials, we strive to ensure your project is a success by offering a straightforward return process for unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-fabricated materials and special orders may be subject to specific restocking limitations.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the materials you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Materials
Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition and securely packed to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.
Arrange Transportation
Ship the package back to our distribution center using a tracked carrier or schedule a pickup for bulk freight items as coordinated with our logistics team.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
